Our services include provision of superb Sale Brochures, the erection of a For Sale board at your property, advertising in our own Property Shop, on our web-site and also in the appropriate Local Property Centre and web-site. We can, if you wish, also arrange advertising in Local and National Press.
We also arrange and co-ordinate viewing (we can arrange accompanied viewing if required), accepting feedback from viewers and will discuss and advise on any Offers received until a successful sale is agreed.
Your designated solicitor will then deal with the sale conveyancing ensuring that the sale contract is progressed as quickly as possible and that the transfer of title arrangements are arranged in good time prior to the agreed completion date. This will also include liaising with your mortgage lender and provision of a fully itemised completion statement at conclusion of your sale.
